Fullachi don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations except for unforseen reasons
We don't accept cancellations
Any cancellation of the order after the payment will not be accepted thus, the order will be proceeded to fullfiled for dispatch.
We accept returns if the order you receive has been damaged excessively.
Ship items back within: 3 days after issue has been reported
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive in excessive damage or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- E-invitation / E-cards / Digital copy
The customer is responsible for inspecting their order upon arrival and informing us within 48 hours with any concerns with the delivered items, no exceptions. Please send photo evidence of damage to the package and its contents for us to evaluate the damage. We cannot replace items reported damaged without proper photo evidence.
In case of the product had to be returned;
The returned goods/products will be checked, the goods should be in the good condition. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Fullachi will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 5 working days after the confirmation.
In case of a need to refund, the process will be fullfiled through the orginal payment method selected duing the order checkout.
